Western Plains provides a foot bath for cleaning feet before entering the mat. The mat space is swept, vacuumed, and disinfected every night after classes. Clean bathrooms for men and women both include a shower. BJJ curriculum is focused on self- defense fundamentals and is perfect for all ages and skill levels.”
