The atmosphere is super friendly and welcoming and is suitable for all ages and all experience levels. I’ve been hoping a place like this would open up in Willows for years so for me it is a dream come true. They offer many different types of classes depending on your individual goals. “Joy Pendell knows a lot about kickboxing and MMA in general. She is friendly and positive even when things don't go her way. Joy has many likable qualities and I feel like would really care about you and your business. She doesn't mind being questioned about things and I wish I was able to spar with her again. If I lived near Willows I would probably go to this gym.”
