Joy has many likable qualities and I feel like would really care about you and your business. She doesn't mind being questioned about things and I wish I was able to spar with her again. If I lived near Willows I would probably go to this gym.”

“Willows Jiujitsu & MMA is an amazing place to train! They have 3 high level coaches that have tons of experience in their fields and they are all a goldmine of knowledge. The atmosphere is super friendly and welcoming and is suitable for all ages and all experience levels. I’ve been hoping a place like this would open up in Willows for years so for me it is a dream come true. They offer many different types of classes depending on your individual goals. I highly recommend for anyone that wants to get in shape, learn a new skill, learn self defense, or satisfy your competitive itch. 5 stars all the way!!”
