The instructors Bryon and Mike are very humble and respectful. Their teaching of all of the Brazilian Jiu Jitsu defense techniques and attacking techniques are very descriptive and hands on. There are no big egos at this place if you don't understand something they don't mind repeating it or breaking it down step by step.
