“I was visiting Woodland for a week, and was lucky enough to get to train at this amazing school. The facility is clean, the mats are high quality. The instructor is a world-class BJJ expert, kind, patient, professional, and runs a fun, challenging, and interesting class. Students are respectful, dedicated, and great training partners. At any level of BJJ, from beginner to advanced, gi or no-gi, if you want to learn more about BJJ, or get in better shape, you should train here.”

“The owners/teachers are super friendly and are able to help anyone at any level. I came in with no experience and by the end of the class I was getting into the swing of things and having fun with the other students. Thanks to Jaime Sr, Annabel, and Jaime Jr. for their help and expertise!”

“Came In super nervous - I’m a bigger guy so wasn’t sure what to expect. They made me feel right at home on day 1, now I’m addicted to the lifestyle. The teachers are all family and it’s awesome. No pressure they don’t yell at you to finish a warmup, you progress at your own pace. Highly recommend”

“Wonderful academy that is welcoming to everyone. Great instruction, fun but safe vibe. Can't recommend CTA Woodland enough for anyone who even thinks they might be interested in a martial art. Free trial.... Come give it a shot!”

“Absolutely love the professional environment and how much the instructors pay special attention to each individual (and there is a wide range of skill levels attending.) I am very new to jiu jitsu and every class I gain so much and have felt the progression! If you're looking for a super welcoming, challenging, and detail oriented academy, this is the place to go!”
