“This a truly special gym. I've been to a dozen muay thai gyms across the country and have not found a place that is as purposeful and thoughtful in their training as World Team USA. Top notch instruction no matter whether you're training to be a professional fighter or just trying to learn the sport. Kru Sam has built a welcoming, collegial, and encouraging community full of fighters who look out for each other and promote each other's growth. I wish I could give it six stars.”

“I had an amazing year at this gym and definitely hope to be back again in the future! Loved the workouts, they definitely helped my overall fitness while learning new skills. The environment is really welcoming and supportive to people of all ages and skill levels, it really is a strong community vibe. I started with zero experience and learned a ton about Muay Thai and Jiu Jitsu while making all kinds of new friends. It's fun that it's a competitive gym, I enjoyed going to events and supporting my teammates when they had fights coming up. I'm not on that track myself by any means as I signed up quite randomly with a general goal of finding a good in-person workout near where I live, but it was a fun environment to be in and I got way more out of it than I would have ever expected. It's for sure worth a try if you are at all curious!”
