“Absolutely a gem of a gym. The repeated emphasis on safety and injury prevention when working with a training partner or rolling is what got me to checking out this gym. The people here are extremely friendly and welcoming. The gym is very well kept and the mats are cleaned daily. Professor Danny also leads a great yoga class which is definitely worth checking out. I was hooked after the first trial class. They also have showers here for anyone who has to go to work after class”
