The people in this gym are the most welcoming and friendly group I’ve ever experienced. They want you to succeed and every one of them are willing to help you get there. I’ve learned so much, from not only the coaches, but everyone else who is training. I have lost around 70lbs since beginning this journey around 5 months ago. I was on the brink of heart trouble and couldn’t walk up stairs without feeling like I just jogged a mile.
