"I recently visited 10th Planet Jiu Jitsu Round Rock and had a rather disappointing experience. From the moment I walked in, it was clear that the facility was not up to my expectations. Firstly, the front desk person seemed completely clueless and was not very helpful. I left my contact number to follow up on some inquiries, but I was never contacted. This lack of communication and follow-through is unacceptable for any business, let alone a martial arts facility that should prioritize customer service. To make matters worse, the facility smelled like a dirty locker room. The overall cleanliness was subpar, which is a significant concern, especially in a place where hygiene is crucial for the safety and comfort of its members. I will be looking for a cleaner, more professional, and better-managed place to train."
