"I dropped in as a guest for a Monday night class. I loved the facility and the vibe immediately. Then I met the professor who was teaching and the members and felt like I was home. There were family’s who all trained, which is a great indication that you can trust an academy. The instruction was excellent. As someone who has trained for 12 years and seen a lot of academies, I’ll say this is one of the best I’ve attended."

"I have a son who is hyperactive and has a hard time sticking with anything because he gets bored so easily. We decided to try the free trial of the kids jiu jitsu class and he loved it! The instructors were very kind. He ended up getting a bit overwhelmed and the instructor immediately helped him out and calmed his nerves. By the end of class he was worn out lol. I've never seen him focus so well despite all of my efforts at home. When we left he was already asking if/when we could go back. His second class was the same way. This is the first time I have truly seen him be excited about getting out and trying something new and asking to go back. So glad we found this place! Can't wait to see where this takes him."

"I have been doing jiu jitsu for a long time and I live quite far away. I’ve dropped in to 309 for a seminar and an open mat and on both occasions I’ve been impressed by the skill level in the room. This is a great gym with a very welcoming atmosphere. Super clean gym and very high level training partners. I highly recommend this gym"
