410 Academy of Martial Arts

"I signed my kid up to give her something to do and didn't know how much more than that 410 has to offer. She gained confidence and social skills that will last her the rest of her life. I was so impressed with the programs I signed up myself to reinforce lessons she learned in class. You cannot find a more beginner friendly place. The community is welcoming. Very supportive, very cooperative. Everyone is just as invested in the success of the people around them as they are in their own. The coaches are second to none in their knowledge and competencies and teach lessons in ways that anyone could understand. I've never had trouble getting help when I've had a question or a problem. I have a lifting background. What I found through training the skills at 410 are the little gaps in my fitness that a typical commercial gym didn't show me. If you want fitness optimization you could do a lot worse than martial arts and if you're going to train martial arts 410 is a great place to do it."
