The instructor, Alex, is amazing with the way he teaches and demonstrates his techniques and does great breakdowns. "Great gym for Gi and no gi jiu jitsu! A lot of active competitors, including the instructors, and great for beginners looking to learn. They also have a great Muay Thai program for anyone looking to learn, get a workout, and have fun! I love training here!"
