"Honestly pretty disappointed with my experience at Atos Temecula. I came in excited to train and learn but the vibe just felt off. Didn’t really feel welcomed or like I was part of the team, it kinda felt cliquey and hard to connect with people. What’s even more strange is what I started hearing from others in the BJJ community. A few people including a black belt from Atos HQ mentioned that the owner was actually a white belt when he opened the gym, and somehow became a purple belt like 2 years later. A lot of people been saying he paid for his belts and doesn’t really have the skill level to match. Heard the school was originally Fight Sports too and then got kicked out and switched to Atos. Just didn’t sit right with me. I expected more from a gym carrying the Atos name. There’s definitely better schools around Temecula with solid instructors and a real team environment. I'd say check those out first."
