"I love Beta. It’s welcoming, challenging, open to folks at every level. They have a tell show do model, where everything is modeled and then you’re paired off to work on the skills. That means lots of hands on experience, but also a ton of patience by the instructors and other folks in the class, lots of opportunities to ask questions. I do the 6:30am muay thai and Coach Darnell is a detailed, thorough instructor, pushing his best people and using them to model skills, while not leaving folks who are newer or slower behind. There are classes multiple convenient times throughout the day, for folks with different schedules. Couldn’t recommend it more!"
