"This business uses awful predatory practices with NAC. My wife signed up for a class and was charged $200/month, even after communicating wanting to terminate contract. Was forced to cancel via *certified mail* and incur $600 total charges for *1 CLASS* --- do not sign up for any service offered. In response to owner reply -- my wife contacted you through text and through website to cancel her contract/account and was met with total silence. We contacted NAC who said cancellation had to occur through certified mail + 30 days additional processing resulting in additional monthly charges of $200/month."
