The gym has a fun and relaxed vibe for the kids, and it's never too intense.  My boys look forward to every class and are often surprised by how quickly time flies because they’re having such a great time! I particularly appreciate that the gym has a very family-friendly atmosphere. The owners' family is usually present, taking or coaching classes themselves, and it's common to see families train together! The main coach for the children's program is incredibly dedicated, patient, and excellent with all the children. I wholeheartedly recommend BTT for its welcoming environment and outstanding coaching!"
