"You want your kids to be strong minded and able to defend themselves, then this is the best place for your kids to train. My kids have been training for about 1yr and 3 months and they have shown great improvement in school and their personalities. My daughter is in advanced youth mma class and my boy is in little warrior class. Yes they have been yelled at and get punished for not paying atention and for not doing the mma moves correctly. Thats what i love about it. All coaches have been excelent and are respectful and they push your kids to become better at mma."
