They started as shy kids afraid of even the most minimal interaction with other kids, and I have seen them grow not only in their jiujitsu skills but also in their overall confidence outside the mat. My daughter tends to be shy and the classes are helping her break out a little more and as you can tell from the picture she absolutely loves it.
