I think throwing them into it is the best thing for these kids, they learn fast on how to protect themselves. We absolutely love this program, the instructor is amazing with the kids. I enjoy the effective discipline that helps for self-defense. After 7 months in class my son decided to compete, I was nervous and didn’t think he was ready but he brought home gold. We were beyond excited and loving to see how happy he is and how helpful this program is. My sons confidence has risen and he looks forward to practice every day. My younger son just decided he wants to join after going to a few practices watching his older brother. Best investment for my children!"

"I have three children and a husband who attend Carlson Gracie in Menifee. My children are stronger and more confident because of the coaches. I like the teaching style. Coach Orlando is firm in his teaching. Every week Coach focuses on a specific Jiu Jitsu technique and they practice all week. Friday is question day. The kids are able to ask any question. Coach is patient with them and answers their questions throughly. Jiu Jitsu is the kind of sport that you are thrown into and you have to learn as you go. My children have developed valuable skills in Jiu jitsu because of the coaches. They are able to defend themselves. Every child or adult that attends this school will benefit from it. Coach Orlando is awesome, he’s patient with the kids and incorporates discipline in his classes, which is what I was looking for. It looked so fun and tough that I decided to join myself a month ago. The adult class is outstanding! It’s intense and knowledgeable.
