"Before starting at Cogito/Carlson Gracie Orlando North I had been training various martial on an off for 16 years and I've haven't seen better instructors. They are very effective at breaking down the most complex movement making it accessible to everyone. The school is extremely friendly, open, and family orientated. It's a great place for beginners, casual practitioners and competitors (the school has a few). I've been going there for 3 years now. It's a great place to meet interesting people and make new experiences, oh and learn the most effective self defense system on the planet. There's no place like it!"
