"Encouraging and safe environment. During the classes the instructors do not hesitate to answer any questions on what is being taught. I have been training for almost 3 years now, learning jiu-jitsu here gives me confidence in my capabilities and teaches discipline. I'm glad to train here with family and friends. I can confidently say that if I didn't start jiu-jitsu at CMA, I do not think I would have stuck with the sport. People here take care of their partners and know when to let go so no accidental injuries happen during rolls. It's an encouraging environment, keep an open-mind and you'll love it. Training jiu-jitsu will also help with physical fitness. Great cardio and great for the mind!"

"Worst experience EVER!! My 10 year old daughter was absolutely bored with this facility. Every time someone new came into class they would start over again and go into "review" Her class was in "review" for over 5 months. The straw for me was when they allowed a disrespectful kid in class to constantly interrupt class, hit kids and disrespect the instructor. Martial art is to enforce respect and discipline so what were they teaching my kid?! When I tried to speak to Monica(owner) about it she dismissed me and basically called my daughter a liar. At the end of our meeting she basically told us that we had no right to just walk in to speak to her and moving forward we are to request a meeting first. BEWARE! If you pay for the year in advance they will NOT refund you for the time that you did not use. We have friends in the Iota area that started at another facility at the exact same time as us and their kids were taught to break boards, kick, punch and so much more for half the price and my kid knows very little with Champagnes! This place is a JOKE!!!"

"Love, love, love this place! My son has attended for years and I loved it so much I decided to enroll my daughter. My son is currently a junior black belt and my daughter a blue belt. The owners and staff have always made me and my children feel like part of their sweet family. They treat me kids like their own and know them on a personal level. The ownes are always available to me whenever I needed behavior or grades address specifically. My son was ready for middle school bullying because of this place. My daughter now walks with her head up and says things like, "I take down boys all the time." My son is super confident and always stands up for himself, which is one of the many reasons why we tried and have attended for years. My daughter was having an issue with a classmate picking with her and stepping on her shoes was the main reason for signing her up. Literally 2 weeks after enrolling she had the confidence to stand up for herself and defend herself from the bully. The skills they've leaened here are invaluable. Karate definitely keeps my kids on their toes. If you're contemplating enrolling your kids or yourself, just do it! I promise you won't be disappointed. There's always a community of parents in the parking lot because they're too tired to actually go in, so dont like that hold you back from enrolling. I love the viewing windows and monitors that allow me to watch mt kids in action. 🥋"
