"Our family has been with the Gracie's for about 10 years. Both my daughters have been training with them since the age of 5. Throughout their time there, they have created a deep-rooted community of like-minded individuals who want to improve not only their physical health, but also surround themselves with positive, influential people. It all starts with the instructors at the academy. The instruction is absolutely top notch. All the instructors are actively engaging with the students to ensure they are maximizing the lessons of the day. The result of all of this is I have 2 strong daughters ready to conquer the world. "Starting Jiu Jitsu at was something at 39 years old I was hesitant about even attempting. After my wife and two sons joined, I decided why not, I might as well give it a shot. What an experience it has been. The coaches here are top-notch and do nothing but foster a family oriented environment to train and learn in.
