The instructor even made a point of welcoming us at the start of class. Great pace of instruction with the right level of detail. I definitely picked up some new techniques for my toolbox. I will train here again next time in Virginia Beach!"

"This gym is a hidden gem of Virginia Beach. The level of Jiu Jitsu in this gym is inexplicable. I researched BJJ in Virginia Beach prior to coming here and coastal was one of the two places i settled on for training. Nestor is a great instructor who is down to earth and has a deep passion for all that is Jiu Jitsu. The only regret i have with starting here is that at some point i may have to leave here. I would 10/10 recommend Coastal to anyone who is even thinking of trying BJJ the gym is welcoming and the family you become a part of is tangible.
