They had an open mat the was welcoming and a challenging. What was most impressive was to see how top level grapplers worked with those with less experience with patience and professionalism. "I've been training here for over 7 years and started completely out of shape and with no martial arts or grappling background. This is a great place to foster anyone coming off the couch or those coming from other gyms. The coaches are all accomplished and great at teaching to whatever level you're at. The culture in the gym fosters growth and safety. This is especially true of the kids classes and camps. I'd recommend everyone trying BJJ, but can't say enough good things about Cobra and the people teaching and training here!"
