"I dropped In on a quick business trip. Prior to arriving I emailed the academy and they punctually responded inviting me to drop in. I attended the 0600 class with Justin very nice and skilled black belt. Great warm ups to knock of the 36 degree chill outside. Everyone was very friendly and encouraging. There were no egos just a bunch of people who had a love for BJJ and camaraderie. I had great rolls that gave a great workout but nobody was trying to win a world title.
