"Where do I begin? As a stay at home mom, I was craving community, autonomy, and an outlet to mentally take a break from my 24/7 job. What started as a self defense class for women turned into a passion that has changed my life for the better. You won’t find better coaches, friends, or training partners anywhere else. My kids have joined in on the fun (the FOMO hit hard) and are progressing so well. If you want to try something new, even if you have no athletic background like me, you should take that leap of faith and check out Dark Arts. They will welcome you with open arms and introduce you to a new version of yourself. In summary, this is a fantastic gym with great people in it.
