"I've only been doing this less than a month, I believe, but I love it!!! I was nervous trying a new environment especially because I am on the bigger side and can't move so fast, but I wanted to challenge myself. I joined to help my fitness and to also learn to defende myself in different ways. It can be intimidating with not knowing as much as everyone and being that there's mostly guys; however, they are super friendly and willing to help you learn which I appreciate a lot! There are a few women. Some are experienced some are new as well, but everyone is super nice, friendly and willing to help as well! It made me comfortable enough to sign up and I hope to continue doing this for years to come at this exact location. I signed my little one up for classes also and I love that he's starting this so young. I pray that he grows a love for it to continue doing this for himself as he grows.
