There are classes every day of the week and often multiple times a day. Classes for adults, Women only, children's classes, and for beginners. It is common to have 3+ black belts on the mats during training and numerous colored belts, all willing to work with the less experienced and beginners. Scott is a 3rd degree black belt under the Gracie lineage and an incredible instructor. He is extremely knowledgeable about Jiu-Jitsu and self-defense. His great sense of humor and teaching style make the classes a lot of fun. In addition to the great instruction and friendly atmosphere, multiple brown and black belts can be found on the mats any given night of the week to help elevate your abilities.
