"From the moment I stepped into the Dungeon, I knew this was special. The atmosphere is one of discipline and respect. Coach Arthur personalizes the classes to ensure everyone understands the moves. We start with warm-ups, learning techniques, and finally practice by sparring with our awesome fellow partners in the dojo. Speaking of the students, they are friendly and everyone helps each other out. I've been attending for two months and feel like I went from absolute beginner to now able to flow through each movement swiftly.
