Exodus Jiu-Jitsu

"My daughter had been asking for so long to try JiuJitsu and I’m so glad we found Exodus! She is learning so many valuable life lessons that go beyond just her training. She is learning to work hard, to have humility in her wins and losses and how to be a great partner. Just like their motto says “as iron sharpens iron” she is learning to learn and grow from her professors, coaches and teammates and to be someone they can learn from as well. The best part is she gets to have fun and build new friendships and a community here! We love Exodus and can’t wait to see how far she goes!"

"We love Exodus! The professors and coaches are so good at instructing, and very patient with the kids. I have a large family and finding an activity that everyone can do together has been so bonding for us. The community is strong, we have made friendships here that are special to us. Physically, it has been a great way to get my boys energy out and help us all stay active. They also learn self control, and self confidence! "Can't say enough good things about Exodus. We take our two older kids there for classes once a week. The coaches are incredible with the kids classes! They have a great balance of play, instruction and learning and find the best way to blend those together to hold my kids attention. The facilities are always clean and the Deer Valley location has a great kids play room that my youngest one can enjoy while his siblings train. The amount of growth my kids have had under the instruction of these coaches is incredible. We look forward to class every week!"
