"I have trained at multiple mma/Muay Thai gyms, yet I have never had an experience quite like this, Faction combative a is an okay gym, but after being told that I would only want to pay for a one time one month membership, I was still charged for another month. It’s absurd that the only response I had received after reaching out early in the month to verify my memebership was canceled, was “we require a 30 day cancellation notice” which had been sent to me later near the end of the month . I had already told them initially that I only am paying for a month. I was charged for over 100 dollars of services that I hadn’t used and can’t use since I don’t live in Arizona, and had only been there to visit. This is outrageous and I’m still shocked at the lackluster assistance, and blatant inconsideration, I’m no wealthy person and I want to use fighting as an avenue to better my life; it gets hard to do that when people go pulling this kind of things when I already don’t have much money to my name. be careful signing up with these guys, I won’t put it down but I definitely won’t recommend it."
