"I started taking my son and daughter here for self defense purposes initially when they were around 10 years old. Around 4 years later and it has undoubtedly been the single most important athletic discipline they have ever been involved in. Not only is it great exercise for anyone, including children, but it has taught my son so much about himself physically and mentally.
