"Started my jiujitsu journey at Fight Factory about 2 years ago after watching my husband have a lot of fun doing it. I was nervous to join, and had never really had an interest in something so physical before, but as I’ve come to learn the hardest part is walking through those doors. Jiujitsu at Fight Factory has changed my life in more ways than I ever thought it would. It’s helped me gained self confidence, helped me set healthy boundaries in my life and stick to them and it’s put me in touch with some really amazing people that have come to be like family. Scott is an amazing instructor. He’s patient, thorough and his knowledge about martial arts is shown in every class. If you’re thinking about checking it out, just go ahead and do it. Be prepared to push yourself like you never have before, but know that you’ll have a lot of amazing and supportive people there to help you through this journey. I’m so glad that I took the jump and tried something new."
