"I started training at Fight Sports Deerfield in the beginning of February (jiu jitsu Gi & No Gi). I used to train when I was a kid and had to stop training. I’m 30 now, I longed to train for a very long time until I gained the confidence to join. It is a truly welcoming atmosphere and the coaches are top notch. You are getting world class instructors who care dearly about your progression and make sure when you show up you’re not just showing up and getting a half assed lesson. They make sure you’re truly grasping what is being taught. This gym helped me fall back in love with the sport I missed since I was just a kid. They helped me level up my game in such a short period of time, and the relationships I already developed I cherish. I also brought my two sisters who have no combat experience ever, and they love it. I recommend this gym to anyone and everyone. If you lack the confidence just show up! Coach JZ said to me as soon as I told him I was nervous to train again he said “you’re already a winner. You walked through that door, that’s more than what most people do” so just get in here and get welcomed with open arms."

"Came for a free trial class; one of the best decisions I could’ve made! Currently almost 3 months into training, and I have found a community and family that I wasn’t able to find anywhere else! If you want to try, I will 💯 recommend. At least give it a chance! They are really nice and respectful! A lot of discipline and guidance as well! There is an all female class which is amazing as well if it’s a little intimidating to train with the guys ( they are all nice!!)"
