"I’ve been a member at Flow for almost a year along with my 6 year old son. We came from another school after a little time off for logistical reasons and are happy we joined. We love the family atmosphere, cleanliness of the mats and general areas, the curriculum. They have great early morning classes, parent Muay Thai classes with the great Coach Erik while our kids train On the mats, Professor Sebastian and all the coaches are great. I have not encountered any egos here just a love for the art, a feeling of camaraderie and a wealth of knowledge from all the advanced members that I’ve been lucky to learn from safely and effectively. Lucky to have joined this academy. We look forward to welcoming new members and drop ins. If you’re new to the sport or come from another academy, as long as you’re willing to learn and let go of any pride and ego, you’re in great hands.
