"Walking through the doors of Fresh BJJ has been one of the most positively impactful decisions in my adult life. I felt welcomed on day 1 and the dojo quickly felt like home. Professors Fresh, Rick, and Kory are extremely knowledgeable and relay the information in a precise and complete way that allows you to grasp the concepts easily and even passively. I look forward to every day I train here and I’m excited to continue my journey with professor Fresh. In addition there are brown and purple belt instructors with vast knowledge and varying styles to help you mold your own style over time. I should also add that the establishment is cleaner and more thorough in hygiene than any place I’ve ever trained, including commercial gyms. The skills I’ve gained in jiu jitsu throughout my 2 years here have helped make me more resilient to life’s challenges, and I have no doubt that the reason is the instructors and teammates I’ve been blessed with."
