The instructors are not only skilled and professional, but they also truly care about each student’s growth—on and off the mat. My kids are learning more than techniques—they’re building discipline, resilience, and respect. The gym is clean and well-run, the there are classes available Monday-Saturday and on Sunday at their secondary location in Fayetteville. For those that homeschool or looking for lunchtime class they offer Tuesdays at 12 and the environment is incredibly positive. Whether you’re just starting out or looking to sharpen your skills, this is the place to be. We feel incredibly lucky to have found this gym and to be part of such an inspiring and uplifting community! "Both of our sons attend classes here and look forward to every session. They have grown so much in confidence, discipline, and skill since they started. The coaches are fantastic with kids and create a great mix of structure, encouragement, and discipline. My husband helps with coaching the kids’ classes and also trains in the adult class. "We’ve been training with Grammy for a little over a year now and we love it. We’ve become part of the family. We work out once a week in the headquarters location, which is Hope Mills and then they have a location in Cape fear and a location downtown and we’ve been to all of them but Cape fear is our home gym and we love it there we love everybody. It’s a real chill atmosphere. And it definitely burns off a lot of energy for your little kiddos. They start as young as three if they’re not in diapers check them out."
