"I dropped in after this place was recommended by several ladies, and I'm so glad I did! I walked away with about three pieces of knowledge that are more precious than gold! The instructor was incredibly knowledgeable and kind. His instruction was clear and direct while still allowing room for adjustments. The facility itself was squeaky clean and spacious enough for a medium group of grapplers. I also appreciated how kid-friendly the place was! My little one tagged along with me and got to play on the side mats, which was welcomed and made my experience even better. The only minor issue was with the map—it directs you to the front of the building, but you need to go all the way to the back. Overall, I would give this place a 10/10 recommendation!"
