My son learns best from direct instruction, rather than discovery, and that has been provided for him. They really make sure that they tailor the information provided for each learner. My husband jumped in and tried a class, and fell completely in love with the sport and gym. He’s gotten in great shape and feels really healthy and has a positive outlook.
