We all spar and train very hard and get together as a one big community/family at every belt ceremony to congratulate each other’s hard work. My daughter and son go here and they have become much more disciplined physically and mentally. I recommend it very much to kids as their first combat sport and to adults who want to learn self defense while staying in shape👍."

"Me and my whole family love this place. It has basically become our second home. My husband had been practicing BJJ for over 12 years, but had to stop a few years back due to life, and when they opened this location he was ecstatic and joined right away and loved the vibes and great community it has.
