"My two boys started started the “Bullyproof Program” a little over a month now. They both love it! I love it too! The whole staff is very nice and kind. They are also very knowledgeable and amazing with the kids. It’s a family owned business and you can see how much they care. My 6 and 8 year old son were being bullied in the bus. As a mother, I can only do so much. I am certain this investment will pay off and will help them assert themselves verbally and defend themselves against the bullies. I am waiting for my injured foot to heal so I can start the “Women Empowered Program”. As a survivor of all kinds of abuse and sexual abuse and harassment, I’m hoping to become more confident on how to protect myself and feel more at ease. I believe it will help with my nightmares and my night terrors as well. The cool part is that you don’t have to commit right away. You can take as many classes you want for 10 days. This way you can decide if the program you choose is right for you."

The other instructors are great as well. If you have kids and are interested I highly recommend this place. Ive thought of joining the Combatives class myself. Great place.
