"I was vacationing from Maine and looking to get some training in. So glad I found Ignite! The well attended 6AM BJJ class was awesome! Coach Josh led a well planned class that was instructive and challenging. Great attention to detail was paid during drilling to refine each students technique. The class ended with a tough sparring session that included both beginners and upper belts. The gym was clean, professional, and inviting. I recommend everyone at any point on their jiu-jitsu journey to train at Ignite."

It is a judgement free zone, so check your ego at the door when you walk in there. They offer free trial classes for BJJ, Kickboxing and MMA. Get outside your comfort zone and come in for a free trial class, you wont regret it! My only regret is that I didn't come here sooner!"
