"The best Gracie program in the area. X and Professor Adam are both very high level jiu jitsu practitioners as well as coaching professionals who know every technique in the book. They were the first bjj gym to come into the area with serious fundamentals in all areas of combat sports. The guys who train here are all basically ninja assassins who know a lot more than just guard pulling and butt scooter bjj. Go to a trial class and roll- they will be gentle if you ask! The Royce Gracie system focuses heavily on standing self defense, this is the way to go for anyone new to the sport of mma or bjj as it gives you practical skills to simply avoid 99.9% of confrontations and the strong base & standing skills all apply to the ground game when you start hitting more advanced levels. Great classes for kids and adults even if you just want to get into mma for the fitness aspects of the sport I would 100% recommend this gym to all my friends and family. Only drawback here is they only have classes in the evening so I had to find somewhere with morning classes to fit my schedule.
