"My 4 year old daughter LOVES going to class and Coach Robbie! After every class, she tells me she wishes she could stay longer. We were excited to learn that you can start Inner Game at 4 years old because other gyms don’t start that young and it’s a great way to teach her self defense at a very young age. Classes aren’t mandatory so you attend at your convenience which is great if your kids are involved in other sports. There’s even a workout room available for parents while your child’s in class.
