"I have been training at this gym for over a year. It has been a blessing to be apart of a great Academy. Training partners focus on safety and are a joy to be friends with. Classes are numerous from 6am to evening classes during the week and additional classes/open mats on the weekends. The instructors are phenomenal and bring insight to old and modern techniques.
