I felt really welcome from the first day and I always feel comfortable to ask any questions. Sang really explains WHY we do certain techniques and the motivation behind it, which really helps you understand the nuances of each position rather than just drilling for the sake of it. Great training partners who will push you and give you a hard roll, but are never out to hurt you. The higher belts also know how to take it easy on lower belts when they need to. Highly recommend"
