"Totally recommend RCJ Machado in Allen! Our kids are going on 2 years training here and as a parent I am impressed with the holistic training approach. Kids must be good students both in the gym and in the classroom before earning the next belt. Instructors instill good values in the gym and in life in general. Learning environment is positive and instructors meet kids wherever they are in their jujitsu journey. Staff is approachable and knowledgeable. "I’ve been training at the John Machado Brazilian Jiu Jitsu Academy since Spring 2021 with no previous training in any other martial art. Master Machado and his family never cease to make me feel like family. I am continually learning/growing from the excellent instruction of Master Machado and also from several black and brown belt instructors. All who train are always willing to help others grow and improve with high level competition and respect.
