The coaches are not only knowledgeable and technical but also take the time to ensure you fully understand the moves they teach. Their ability to both explain and execute the techniques really enhances the learning process. When Luis says LCCT is a family, he truly means it. My 3-year-old son has attended a few classes, and they made him feel safe and welcomed. I'm excited to continue my Jiu-Jitsu journey here and to get my son more involved with the gym!"

"We love this place and the all coaches. Waiting area is small though and no cups for water. Waiting area on bjj side can be improved. Single use recyclable not plastic cups can be used. Yes I know places with cups in gyms even for kids. All my concerns are not that important, my kids love this place and always ready to go for class. Thanks to Luis and all coaches. "LCCT Muay Thai Class The best class ever! I signed up for this class when I found out that Coach Silverio will be teaching. He is amazing! Patient, knowlegable, knows how to motivate. In just 2 months I can see a big difference, cant wait whats next! LCCT Jiu Jitsu Class for Kids My son signed up for classes 2 years ago and from two days we switched to 5 times a week he loves it so much. Coach Junior and Coach Silverio are incredible! Always ready to help, answer all my questions (believe me before tournaments I have a lot 😁). They take time with all the kids to make them better. Classes are organized and after class there is playtime which kids love. Cannot recommend enough!"
