"This is a great academy. My daughter (6) and I both trained before moving to Charlotte. There is no doubt that this is elite jiu-jitsu instruction. Beyond that, I really like the culture in this academy. When it is training time, everyone is very serious about learning the techniques presented that day, but they maintain a friendly and enjoyable atmosphere while doing it. This is true the whole way down to the children's classes. I've been really impressed by the fact that Professor Lepri regularly teaches the children's classes, and there are a lot of other high-ranking belts there to help out, which is really important to make sure the kids get the most out of it. I've never seen that type of student/teacher ratio anywhere else. I'm really looking forward to training here for years to come."
