"My kids just started going to Ludus MMA two months ago to the kids classes. My boys are 7 & 8 years old. They are now going Monday through Thursday evenings and they absolutely love it. They are sad when it’s not an MMA day. They get an amazing workout along with strength and agility training while learning really good skills that will help them throughout their lives. I have watched them gain confidence as well as discipline. The amount of improvement and skill my kids have accomplished in two months is unbelievable. They have not gotten this from any previous sport. And this is benefiting the other sports that they do. I highly recommend Ludus Martial Arts, especially for their kids classes. You won’t find anything else that will teach them these skills at an affordable cost. Nathan is an awesome coach. My kids love him and he is great at keeping all the kids entertained and enjoying exercise."

"Billy the coach is great to work with and super even keeled. Chandra has been working with me and is super inspiring to me- I am a novice. The gym is family orientated which I love. As a female it was encouraging to see powerful moms honing skills with her children running around.. The classes are great- and there's plenty of time for open mat. "Great place for anyone to get in shape and learn martial arts. There are evening and morning classes for everyone, as well as kids classes 3 nights a week. The gym is always clean, and the partners are always a pleasure to work with. The coaches always stick to techniques and concepts that will help you compete at the highest level, which is why the gym has been considered one of the best in the region for years.
